Sports Social

(2/25) The day was pretty basic, but the evening was a blast. Furness was having a sports social with the theme of animals. I didn't have enough time to come up with a costume, but I still went. The turnout was a lot smaller than I expected, but they did have to move it up a day and there wasn't a huge amount of notice. Anyways, it was a lot of fun.

We all met up in Trev around 8pm to have a few rounds and shoot some pool before heading to town. Around 10pm it was off to the buses and into town. Our first stop was WalkAbout. We started the boat races without hesitation. By the time we moved on we had done 3 boat races and had probably 3 rounds in between. Next stop was Hustle. At Hustle it was all about the shots cause they were on sale. We also played some pool while we were there. After Hustle we made a quick stop in Weatherspoons, which was pretty lame so we only stayed for one drink. After Weatherspoons it was off Sugarhouse. We were hoping to get in free cause Rachel works there, but that didn't work out. We went ahead and paid anyways and went in to party. At Sugarhouse we ran into some familiar faces, namely Urmie, Amanda, and Amanda's flatmates. We closed out the night at Sugarhouse with dancing and numerous rounds. It was a really fun night, full of goofy moments.
